Amadesa, Inc. (“Amadesa”) does not collect Personally Identifiable Information through our Services except for the limited collection and use of email addresses as further discussed below. Furthermore, none of the Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) we do collect, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to you.


Information Collection and Use

Anonymous information will be collected about your behavior as you visit a website page to browse, view, purchase, or complete a request for information for example. This information is used to support the collection of accurate data about visitor behavior. In addition, we use NPII to provide you Services either on Customers’ and Publishers’ websites or through other digital formats.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("NPII") is data collected by us in order to allow us to provide the Services to you and to our Customers that have entered into an agreement with us to provide Services. Amadesa will not disclose such PII to any third party, unless specifically and rightfully instructed or directed to do so by Customer and will not use, share, disclose, rent, or sell any such PII except as requested or directed by Customer or as we believe may be required by law or to otherwise protect our legal rights. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED COLLECTION AND USE OF EMAIL ADDRESSES, WE DO NOT COLLECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE IINFORMATION THROUGH OUR SERVICES.


Cookies

Security/Retention

Children's Online Privacy

Children under 13 are not eligible to use the Website and so this Privacy Policy makes no provision for children's use of the Website.

Collection of Customer Information

Amadesa’s customers are businesses, not individuals, and our Website collects contact information from Customers and prospective Customers who request information and/or complete “Contact Us” forms. To the extent that personally identifiable contact information (first and last name, email address, and telephone number) is collected, we may use this to provide you with information that you requested, to correspond with you about any questions or concerns you have brought to our attention, or to notify you of new Services or updates to our existing Services. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your personally identifiable information to any third party for promotional purposes or otherwise except as expressly described herein. Use of Customer Information

We post Customer testimonials on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the Customer's name. We obtain the Customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial.

In order to provide our Service, an Account is created for each customer. We request but are not required to collect Primary and Billing contact name, email address, phone and fax number. In addition, each account may have one or more Users created to access our Service. Each User provides a name and email address which we collect and store, and is used in order to access the specific Account. This information is not used for any other purpose other than what it was collected for on our website.

If you use the blog on this Web site, you should be aware that any PII you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the blog, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the PII you choose to submit within the blog.
