Amadesa, Inc. (“Amadesa”) does not collect Personally Identifiable Information through our Services except for the limited collection and use of email addresses as further discussed below. Furthermore, none of the Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) we do collect, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to you.

Information Collection and Use

Anonymous information will be collected about your behavior as you visit a website page to browse, view, purchase, or complete a request for information for example. This information is used to support the collection of accurate data about visitor behavior. In addition, we use NPII to provide you Services either on Customers’ and Publishers’ websites or through other digital formats.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("NPII") is data collected by us in order to allow us to provide the Services to you and to our Customers that have entered into an agreement with us to provide Services. This data could include search engine referral, affiliate referrals, traffic driven by banner ads or other promotions, visitor navigation around the site, popular pages, which items are placed in shopping carts and which are abandoned, conversions and what purchases were made. We may also collect or receive certain technical information, such as your browser version and operating system. We will not make use of any data that we collect or receive on the Customers’ behalf except as necessary to provide our Services to Customers.

Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") means individually identifiable information that would allow a party to identify and/or contact you; examples include your name, address, telephone number, or email address. Certain Customers of ours provide us email addresses that they have obtained from you with your consent for the sole purpose of enabling these Customers to transmit personalized messages to you based on their use of our Services. Amadesa will not disclose such PII to any third party, unless specifically and rightfully instructed or directed to do so by Customer and will not use, share, disclose, rent, or sell any such PII except as requested or directed by Customer or as we believe may be required by law or to otherwise protect our legal rights. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED COLLECTION AND USE OF EMAIL ADDRESSES, WE DO NOT COLLECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE IINFORMATION THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies in the delivery of Services on Customers’ and Publishers’ websites. Cookies allow us to save your preference information to improve the quality of our Services and to allow Customers to offer you a better experience on their websites through more personalized recommendations and content. Amadesa Opt Out

You may also opt out of our use of your NPII to determine what recommendations and content to show you on Customers’ websites by clicking on the button below. Opting out will prevent us from providing you personalized recommendations and content based on your preferences. If you choose to opt-out by clicking on this button you will receive what is referred to as a “persistent cookie” that tells us not to recognize your browser. We must maintain the cookie on your browser in order to recognize you as having opted-out. You must opt-out again if you clear that cookie from your browser, use a different internet browser, or use a new computer to access the internet.

Security/Retention

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your information, including your NPII. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures. Our servers are protected by firewalls and are physically located in secure data facilities to further increase security. We retain your NPII only for so long as it remains relevant to providing you with recommendations and content. This retention period may be indefinite.

Children's Online Privacy

Children under 13 are not eligible to use the Website and so this Privacy Policy makes no provision for children's use of the Website.

Collection of Customer Information

Amadesa’s customers are businesses, not individuals, and our Website collects contact information from Customers and prospective Customers who request information and/or complete “Contact Us” forms. To the extent that personally identifiable contact information (first and last name, email address, and telephone number) is collected, we may use this to provide you with information that you requested, to correspond with you about any questions or concerns you have brought to our attention, or to notify you of new Services or updates to our existing Services. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your personally identifiable information to any third party for promotional purposes or otherwise except as expressly described herein. Anyone who has provided personal contact information through our Website may e-mail support@amadesa.com to update, delete, and/or correct their personal contact information.

Use of Customer Information

Amadesa does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies unless we obtain your prior consent. We may share personal information when we believe such action is appropriate to comply with law (such as legal process), to protect our rights or property, to enforce Customer agreements, or to bill or collect for Services. We post Customer testimonials on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the Customer's name. We obtain the Customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial.

In order to provide our Service, an Account is created for each customer. We request but are not required to collect Primary and Billing contact name, email address, phone and fax number. In addition, each account may have one or more Users created to access our Service. Each User provides a name and email address which we collect and store, and is used in order to access the specific Account. This information is not used for any other purpose other than what it was collected for on our website.

If you use the blog on this Web site, you should be aware that any PII you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the blog, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the PII you choose to submit within the blog.
