Overview
Amadesa is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and those individuals browsing on the customer's web sites. The following statement describes the practices of Amadesa’s services:

Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Using Amadesa’s liveForm™ solution, information will be collected about user behavior as they fill out forms. This information is used to support the collection of accurate data about general visitor behavior and for optimization purposes only.

Amadesa does not collect personally identifiable information ("PII") unless specifically requested by our customers.

Statistical information concerning the form filling experience such as the number of questions answered per user, time spent on each question, general behavioral statistical information and more are collected. This information is used to issue performance and effectiveness statistical reports. It offers clients a better analysis of user behavior and helps determine which user experience should be provided using Amadesa’s solution.

We use information provided by the client, as well as information that we collect on behalf of the client, only for the use of our client. Additionally, we make information that we collect or receive from a particular client available only to that client.

Web Beacons
Web pages using Amadesa’s services contain electronic images (called a "single-pixel gif" or "web beacon") that allow us to count page views or to access cookies. Any electronic image viewed as part of a Web page, including an ad banner, can act as a web beacon. Web beacons typically 1 by 1 pixel, but their presence can be easily seen within Internet Explorer by clicking on "View" and then on "Source." Our web beacons do not collect, gather, monitor or share any personal information about our customer’s web site visitors, they are just the technique we use to compile our anonymous, aggregated statistics about web site usage.

Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. In providing Amadesa services to our customers, it is Amadesa's policy to use cookies only for more accurate traffic analysis. The cookie information does not include personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address.

You have control over cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. For more information on how to modify your browser settings to block or filter cookies, see www.cookiecentral.com/faq. If you reject some or all cookies, your experience at our sites and on other sites may not be complete. Some sites require cookies to function, such as those with certain e-commerce features. If you do not allow cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of personalized content delivery offered by us or other Internet sites.

Third-Party Partners
Amadesa works with several third party hosting services, including Akamai and DataPipe to host our web servers. This type of relationship is common in the delivery and administration of services such as Amadesa.

Security Precautions
Amadesa maintains strict data security systems that ensure specific information will not be made available to any unauthorized person and in order to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our employees are made aware of and are accountable for compliance with our privacy policy.

Any information collected by us on behalf of our clients is stored on our Web server or database. We use a multi-level, password protected security system to control access to information stored about and for our clients. We also maintain strict physical security of our properties and facilities and only provide access to authorized personnel.

Changes to Our Services Privacy Policy
Amadesa may amend this policy from time to time. In the event that any material changes are made to the company's privacy practices, we will promptly make changes to our privacy policy and disclose the changes.
