Will Amadesa collect any information about my users?

As your site visitors interact with your site pages, analytical and statistical data is transferred to Amadesa servers to record activity. Amadesa collects anonymous user data for each visitor. Any of the following data may be collected at different times in the user session:

  • IP address
  • Referring URL
  • Parameter values in the entrance URL
  • Machine-based details (OS, Browser, etc.)
  • Time data (day of week, hour of day, minute of hour, etc.)
  • Visitor clickstream, including the categories and products visited

If I have more than one site I want to optimize, do I need a separate account?

No, you can set up all your sites in one account. New sites can be added in the Account Setup area. If you do not have permissions to add sites, ask the person responsible for the Amadesa platform within your company to give you permission or add the required sites.

Can I run the different optimizations offered within the Amadesa platform simultaneously?

Yes! Our customers use Amadesa on multiple web pages at the same time, and often in multiple locations on the same page at the same time. There are no limits to the number of tests you can run and with our pricing model. We encourage users to run tests for as long as desired with no penalties.

Will the optimizations affect page load time?

Amadesa understands the perception of increased load time by using third party tags.  That's why we believe an Enterprise solution must have multiple data centers, the top tier content delivery network partner, and a relentless focus on minimizing the impact of our service on your customer's experience.

What do I do to my site to integrate Amadesa?

Integration is a single JavaScript tag that you place once, across the entire website. No IT maintenance. No changes to the code once installed. All products in the Amadesa platform are available to your site with this single installation step.

What browsers are supported by the Amadesa platform?

The Amadesa Optimization Platform supports Internet Explorer (IE) 7.0 (and above) and Firefox 3.0 (and above). Your site visitors who are using the Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0+ or Firefox 1.5+, Chrome, Safari or Opera and who have cookies and JavaScript enabled are supported by the Amadesa Platform and they will be able to see optimized content.  All other visitors are counted as "unsupported users" and will continue to view your original site content.  

What is the Amadesa Optimization Platform?

The Amadesa Optimization Platform is a suite of website optimization tools designed to improve the effectiveness of your website and optimize your revenue. The platform includes Automated Targeting tools for automated content delivery, A/B and Multivariate testing capabilities as well as shopping cart and checkout optimization.
