Amadesa’s leadership team shares a vision for creating and supporting the industry’s best online marketing and content publishing optimization solutions. The company’s executives are technology development and interactive marketing veterans who contribute to the evolution of the Amadesa Customer Experience Platform, applications and services.
Rita Brogley, Chief Executive Officer
Rita provides the strategic vision and leadership for
Amadesa. Prior to becoming CEO of Amadesa, Rita was the SVP of Marketing and Business Development where she was responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy for the company, developing partnerships with technology and channel partners, and overseeing the product strategy.
With more than twenty years of experience as an executive with early-stage and multi-national technology companies, Rita has shared her expertise over the past several years by advising start-up companies in the consumer internet and financial services sectors on marketing, sales, and product strategy.
Previously, Rita was the CEO and President of Moxi Digital, a company that developed market-leading software for set-top boxes. Moxi’s home media server provided integrated features, including digital video recording, music jukebox, and home networking. Prior to being appointed CEO, Rita was the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. In this role, Rita led public relations, marketing strategy and communications, product management, and business development. Rita built strategic relationships with cable, satellite, and media companies that were instrumental to the launch of the product. The Moxi Media Center won the “Best of Show” award at the International Consumer Electronics Show and is currently deployed in several markets across the U.S. Moxi Digital was acquired by Paul Allen’s Digeo.
Before joining Moxi Digital, Rita served as the Director of Europe for Microsoft’s TV Platform Division (MSTV). Rita established key alliances with content providers, broadcasters, and network operators. She also managed MSTV’s consumer marketing trials in Europe and guided Microsoft’s investments in European cable operators.
Prior to Microsoft/WebTV, Rita was a senior management consultant with Bain and Company, where she advised consumer product and telecommunications clients on marketing and growth strategies. Rita started her career at Hewlett-Packard, and was quickly promoted to leadership positions in sales and product marketing.
Rita holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
Rita is a member of Amadesa’s Board of Directors.
Avi Kedmi, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Avi provides the day-to-day direction for the development
team and input for the overall strategic vision for Amadesa. Avi served as Amadesa’s first CEO and guided the company through its initial product development and launch phases.
Avi has an extensive background in product development which includes roles as Director of Product Management at Mainsoft, a first mover in developing cross-platform technologies that interoperate Windows and open systems. At Mainsoft, Avi was instrumental in defining and launching the company’s first product. Prior to Mainsoft, Avi was a Product and Project Manager at Consist Systems, where he was responsible for leading two teams that were developing .NET and Java financial systems. Before joining Mainsoft, Avi was a Research and Development Team Leader at Mobilespear.
Avi received a BA degree in Computer Science, with honors, from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel and an MBA from Kellogg’s Recanati Executive Management Program at Northwestern University (Evanston and Tel Aviv).

Shlomo Lahav, Chief Scientist
Shlomo is the architect behind Amadesa’s Software
as a Service (SaaS) personalization technologies and provides strategic guidance for our software platform. Shlomo draws upon his technical expertise from the financial, web, medical, and other industries to build business solutions that result in dramatic increases to our clients’ revenue streams.
Shlomo’s ability to capitalize upon his experience in data mining, machine learning, text processing, simulations, analytic and hybrid domain modeling brings a vast breadth and depth of knowledge to Amadesa’s development team.
Prior to joining Amadesa, Shlomo was Chief Analyst with CAL, Israeli Credit Cards where he focused on risk modeling and customer value optimization and the Algorithm Team Leader with Schema where he led the development of optimization algorithms for cellular communication.
With a BS in Physics and Math from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a MS in Operations Research from Tel Aviv University, awarded with distinction, Shlomo is a recognized algorithmic expert.
Shlomo is currently completing his PhD in Operations Research at Tel Aviv University. A published expert, he holds seven patents and has several others pending.
Gary Kaufman, Chief Financial Officer
Gary leads Amadesa’s financial & administrative functions
including finance, human resources, risk management, and information technology. With more than 20 years of experience, Gary has led the start up and expansion efforts of several major technology companies.
As CFO for Ingenient Technologies, an embedded multimedia systems provider, Gary managed the company’s global expansion to Japan, Korea and India, while doubling the employee headcount. Prior to this, Gary built the financial infrastructure and managed the successful sale of start-up companies Sarvega, an XML networking products provider, which was acquired by Intel in 2005, and Orbit Commerce, an e-commerce service provider, which was acquired by Digital River (NASDAQ: DRIV) in 2001.
Gary has served in a variety of planning, analysis and audit positions at De La Rue, Turtle Wax and Arthur Andersen.
Gary holds a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Pete Olson, Vice President of Product Management
Pete brings nearly ten years of experience in product management
and account management to Amadesa. In this role, Pete is responsible for providing the strategic direction for the company’s technology platform, listening to the needs of customers, and offering a unique value proposition to the markets served by the company.
He is also responsible for building relationships with key technology partners. Pete’s knowledge and background in ecommerce platforms and services brings a unique perspective to client applications (scenarios) and value delivered by the Amadesa platform.
Prior to joining Amadesa, Pete was Senior Director of Product Management for Digital River, Inc (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions for software and consumer technology. At Digital River, Pete was responsible for driving key decisions for the platform technology and internal integration strategies and he also assisted in M&A activity. Pete was previously the Director of Account Development at Digital River and led a team of account managers to serve customers and achieve revenue targets. Pete put several strategic initiatives in place while in this role and was responsible for delivering over $200 million in revenue through these programs.
Prior to Digital River, Pete was a member of the corporate marketing team at 3M. Pete assisted in the creation and expansion of a unique Business Laboratory concept, melding multi-disciplinary students into a marketing research arm for internal 3M business units. During this time, the Lab expanded from 15 to over 60 students, while solving a variety of real-world issues for the transportation, healthcare, displays, safety and manufacturing divisions within the company.
Pete has a BS degree in Marketing and Agriculture Business from Iowa State University.
