Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product strategy, roadmap definition and tactical support
• Develop and deliver product requirements to R&D and QA teams
• Ensure delivery of excellent user experience with our products
• Write documentation in support of new products, features, help and other items as necessary
• Work with third parties for partnerships and technology integrations
• Develop competitive assessments and conduct market research
• Understand next generation web technologies
• Communicate to multiple stakeholders, including engineering, QA, sales, marketing and client services both locally and in the US.
• Travel as required (up to 5%)

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Ability to think critically
• A self-starter mentality
• Excellent English - written and verbal skills
• Minimal two years of prior product management experience
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions
• Comfort with discussing technology, algorithms, business models and positioning statements
• Demonstrated success launching superior products in the marketplace
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Computer science or Engineering degree preferred. MBA a plus.

• 10+ years of direct sales/business development experience
• Previous experience selling SaaS based solutions to marketers
• Ability to sell into multiple verticals including ecommerce, financial services, travel, CPG etc.
• A history of over-achieving quota – Top sales performer
• A track record of consistently closing high complexity enterprise deals
• Consultative and strategic selling approach
• Detail oriented, pro-active and require little supervision
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
• Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and oral
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, Salesforce.com and general internet applications
• A team player
• Honest, trustworthy and ethical
