You should have:

• Solid understanding of e-commerce software and solutions
• Proven experience developing relationships with Internet retailers and e-commerce companies, lead generation companies, Internet travel companies, and financial service companies
• Prior experience and proven track record in penetrating new markets to accomplish revenue objectives
• Experience selling Application Software or Software as a Service (SaaS) with deal-size from $50,000 - $250,000 per contract year
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience with strong emphasis on prospecting and managing your sales opportunities from inception to close
• Outstanding communication skills and a presence utilizing PowerPoint via web meetings
• Strong relationship building skills with a focus on building rapport, establishing credibility with a consultative sales discipline (i.e. Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling), and managing the opportunity to successful engagement
• Skill in creating a quality prospect pipeline your contacts, cold calls and networks
• Discipline and persistence in the science of developing new prospective customer relationships
• Ability to passionately articulate our software and services capabilities to prospective customers and match the appropriate solution to their needs and business drivers
• Experience with accurate forecasting of sales opportunities
• 20 to 30% travel

Qualifications

• Excellent english language skills (reading, writing and verbal)
• Strong analytic skills and a high degree of enthusiasm for technology
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Independent with excellent self-learning skills
• Experience with HTML and web forms
• Experience with JavaScript and CSS is an advantage
• Experience with Photoshop is an advantage
• Available full time for at least two years

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale responsibilities
  • Support sales team during sale cycles.
  • Present Amadesa's services to new prospects, including basic technical and implementation information.
  • Deliver scope of work and mock-ups as part of the proposal process.
• Post-sale account management
  • Own the customer relationship including all customer interaction and communications from the moment the sale is closed to the successful delivery and launch of the services and ongoing support.
  • Develop specifications and plans for design, customization and implementation of the company services and processes.
  • Analyze web analytics reports and make recommendations for web site optimization.
  • Develop best practice guidelines for content development and web design to achieve best possible conversion rates including visitor behavior and A/B testing.
  • Supervise completion of all projects and tasks to customer satisfaction.
  • Capitalize on up-sale opportunities.

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of web consulting, client service, e-commerce, or online marketing experience.
• Prior experience developing and executing online marketing projects.
• Familiarity with online statistical concepts and analytical tools.
• Experience in information design with a specialization in the internet.
• Technical understanding of internet technologies such as HTML, and JavaScript.
• Junior manager / in charge of client services.
• BA/BS required.
