Sales Director
Amadesa has an immediate opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Director. The Sales Director will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with an experienced management team in a dynamic organization, helping to move Amadesa to marketplace dominance. Building brand recognition and growing marketing share is the key to our company’s success. You will be a key player on the frontline of generating excitement and demand for our optimization solutions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating revenue generating partnerships to help meet company revenue goals. You will be expected to build a book of business and create long term relationships through previous relationship and lead generation opportunities. Your efforts you will be contributing directly to company’s profitability and validating its place as a leader in the industry.
Skills:
- BA or BS; degree in business or marketing is desirable
- 10+ years of direct sales/business development experience
- Previous experience selling SaaS based solutions to marketers
- Ability to sell into multiple verticals including ecommerce, financial services, travel, CPG etc.
- A history of over-achieving quota – Top sales performer
- A track record of consistently closing high complexity enterprise deals
- Consultative and strategic selling approach
- Detail oriented, pro-active and require little supervision
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
- Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and oral
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, Salesforce.com and general internet applications
- A team player
- Honest, trustworthy and ethical
