Demand Generation Manager
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for successfully planning and managing highly effective online lead generation campaigns that support the company's sales goals. The candidate must be passionate about demand generation and content marketing and driven to innovate. This role is best suited for a high achiever with proven ability to generate great results while working with a “start up” mindset and resources.
The successful candidate will direct all online lead generation activities for Amadesa that yields pipeline and closed business for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities who can coordinate across functional boundaries, and creatively contribute to campaign efforts. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive the demand generation function to drive pipeline growth and support field sales reps
- Oversee all elements of lead management to include planning for objectives, budgets, schedules and tactics
- Build programs inclusive of content marketing across multiple mediums such as social media, email, collateral, etc.
- Identify, develop and manage the execution of high-impact lead generation campaigns upon analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics and sales needs
- Work with external marketing resources to produce and deliver initial program concepts, manage the creative process, own program execution and success measurement. Responsible for producing campaign reporting and ROI analysis
- Develop and drive customized demand generation campaigns for new and existing customer base; support communications for partner community
- Develop and enhance reporting for demand generation activities to demonstrate ROI and appropriate budgeting
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of online marketing experience in a B2B marketing environment with proven track record on executing lead scoring and nurturing programs
- Lead generation experience with accountability for the success of the lead generating programs and budget
- Detail oriented; ability to prioritize work to optimize efficiency
- Experience with Salesforce and email or marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Ability to synthesize data, conduct analysis, and make strategic business recommendations
- Proven track record of managing lead nurture programs, creating content on demand and articulating creative direction to internal and external resources
- A degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment
